Salman Saeed
Salman Saeed leads Nucleus Align. He has spent more than fifteen years building and running businesses across the United States, the UAE, Canada and Pakistan, from digital agencies that served brands like McDonald's, HTC and Acer to the teams behind our billing work today.
With a BSc in Applied Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University, he looks at a practice the way an owner does: what was billed, what was collected, and why the two differ. He set Nucleus Align up so every practice gets one accountable team, clear monthly numbers and a person who answers the phone. He also writes the guides and articles on this site.
Before Nucleus Align, Salman built and sold seven content websites between 2009 and 2017. He co-founded Rockefeller Innovation, a digital agency in Dubai (2012 to 2018) whose clients included McDonald's, HTC, Acer and the UAE Government. He also completed Stanford University's Crash Course on Creativity.
Salman is also active in community work. He was the Google Developer Groups Peshawar community manager from 2018 to 2025, founded TEDxRawalLake, has been TEDx Ambassador to Pakistan, and was invited to TEDActive 2013 and TEDSummit 2016. He was the founding curator of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Peshawar hub from 2019 to 2020. He speaks five languages, including English, Urdu and Arabic.
